I found a long stran of hair that nearly made its way into my mouth. I hav a real issue with unclean food. I keep imagining having swallowed hair. I've been unable to eat at this particular Panera since. I reported the incident to Panera's corporate office and asked that they have the entire stall wear hair nets including management whenever they are involved with food preparation. I haven't returned to this restaurant, but drive miles away to dine at Paneras that in my opinion take cleanliness serious.
