I usually love the bagels here and enjoy getting a sandwich every once in a while, but this was atrocious. This location is so bad, even the person taking the order seemed over it.

He’s been doing that for years now. I guess cause it’s near closing time he doesn’t want to process the order or he wants to keep the cash because if this was truly an issue with the card reader it would’ve been fixed years ago. Just close the shop at 1:30 PM instead of 2 PM if you don’t want to process orders after 1:30 because you know in 2025 barely anyone is carrying around cash. Others have complained about this too just look at the reviews below.

They never smile they are so monotone, not smiling and never say thank u. Not sure if they are always sleepy or just not happy working there. Please hire people with personality. As are as the bagels go.....they were flat. Not big and fluffy like they used to be. The cheese is gross.
