  The girl named Ashley with the cheekbone piercing needs to be retrained or something. Asked for a small cocoa cloud latte in a medium cup with an extra pump and extra cocoa cloud. Pull up to the window and ask her to repeat the order because she didn’t understand the first time when ordering. She didn’t mention the extra pump or extra cloud so we ask her if she got that and she says “yes”. We pay and wait at the window. As I watch her make the drink she doesn’t put and extra pump nor the cocoa cloud… She hands us the drink and it looks lighter than what I get and there’s no extra cloud. We ask for more cloud and she gets annoyed and says “I have to charge you extra if I do.” So you never took our order correctly?? Like I don’t care if I have to pay extra girl, just charge me for what I ordered and put the extra stuff in, like??? So she didn’t even put the order in right and lied when asked if she got the extra. Cool. So at this point I don’t want the drink so I ask for a refund. She says omg laughs and go complains to her other employee and ask her to do the refund for her. Like it’s not that hard to put an extra pump and extra cloud… your already getting those ingredients… Just charge what people ask you for and make it right. If you don’t like your job, go work somewhere else🤦🏻‍♀️

  Came by with my son to get some donuts. The store was locked and I didn't see anyone. No sign. 620pm, well before they close. As I'm leaving I see a worker at the dive thru. She tells me I can go through the drive thru but the lobby is closed. I asked her, can't we go inside if you guys are open. Nope drive thru or nothing. So it was nothing. Last time I went the coffee was horrible but the donuts were fine and at least they were open. This was the second shot. I won't go again

  Very sweet employees, I did a mobile order and told me they were out of iced coffee, but did everything they could to make it right. They made me an iced latte and it was delicious .

  I was in the store being helped with an order, and a girl with NEON GREEN hair walks up to the counter looking at all these receipts lined up with no drinks or food ready for them. This guy walks up to the counter since from the time you walk in the store, you aren’t greeted and even by standing there patiently they hate to ask if you need something. But the guy showed his phone and asked to be helped with an order and she stares at him and scrunches her face up and walks away saying hissing that someone will be with him. I continue to watch her and she is apparently helping the drive thru but at this point there is nothing to do so she is just walking in circles pacing doing everything BUT being of some service to the rest of her team mates. Go ahead and pull her to the side because she isn’t happy to service anyone or friendly !

  The donuts are rarely made right. The frosting is either: Too little Too runny OR if you buy a stuffed donut, it’s a gamble to see whether it was actually filled or not. I gave this location too many chances to return again :( . I thought the negative reviews were too harsh initially, but yeah… this location is bad and the service is always slow and cars often pull out of the drive thru lane because of how long it takes. But that’s not my complaint. My complaint is that the donuts are bad.
