  Was overcharged incorrectly for food we didn’t order. When trying to get it corrected, we spent 8 minutes waiting for them to refund it. There was no apology or any acknowledgment. The larger manager processing the return lacked any accountability or personality. We will not be returning to this Cava, as it’s worth the drive to go to another and not deal with the poor service.

  I try to come once every week to Cava and always get the same thing. My recent visit I met a worker, Sandy. I loved her energy overall and the food is always good as well as the atmosphere.

  We have been to this location many times. We have done online ordering, pick up in the drive thru, pick up in store, and ordering inside. It never fails, one particular employee is always rude. I don't know her name, but she has blue/green hair. She is rude in the drive thru, and in store. This evening was no different. Not only is she rude, she will flat out ignore you. Most of the time there is a revolving door of employees, except for her. We hadn't been in awhile and decided to give it a try tonight. Well, this was our last time eating here. For almost $20 per person, you could at least have employees that are decent. I'm surprised she still has a job!

  I've been to many Cava's throughout the DFW area but this one has set the bar high. Extremely clean establishment, super friendly staff, and great tasting food. Sandy went above and beyond to accommodate our food and made our visit exceptional! I hope she gets a raise and a promotion for her top notch service and professionalism.

  i love cava it’s one of the few healthy places in my area, but tonight i came in with my friend at 9:30ish after we got off work by the way. as soon as we came up to the door their faces changed and when we walked in we did not get greeted. one of the employees then says “we are never getting anything done”. weird. i walk up to order and i ask what time they close which she responds with 10. by the looks of her face she clearly did not want us there. i turn to my friend and we decide to leave because we were obviously NOT welcomed there. we notice as SOON as we walk outside she immediately starts talking and doing nothing which is weird considering it was our fault that they weren’t gonna get anything done. this is the murphy location btw. very disappointing considering i really like this place and am getting tired of all the greasy fast food. not happy with cava right now.
