  I always have a great experience at CAVA in Murphy, Texas. The food is consistently fresh, the orders are always accurate, and the portion sizes are generous and satisfying. A special shoutout to Richard, who truly makes a difference every time I visit. He’s intentional in how he interacts with customers and goes out of his way to make sure everything is just right. That level of care doesn’t go unnoticed and really elevates the whole experience. If you’re looking for reliable, delicious food with excellent service, this location is definitely worth a visit.

  My experience was amazing, Joe was AMAZING, WONDERFUL! He made me and my sisters have the best experience ever super nice and sweet!! Super talkative and just such a joyful person! He is the reason why I will drive 20 minutes from Allen to Murphy to come to this cava specifically. Thank you again to Joe for giving me and my sisters the best experience ever at cave! We love Joe in this family!:)

  I want to give a special shoutout to Mason and Selena at CAVA in Murphy, Texas. I picked up a bowl from there today, and they provided excellent customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience very positive. My food was great, and their kindness and attention made the visit even better. Thank you, Mason and Selena, for the great service

  Sandra and Zane, were phenomenal help I was very confused walking in here because I’ve never been here before, but they were such a big help, I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times. They were very friendly and very helpful!! Great place for a muck bang.

  First time trying Cava and I was a little nervous going in to something new without knowing the ingredients they have. It was nice to have the curated options already on the menu but Mason didn’t hesitate to offer to go over the options with me. He even gave me a sample of one of the sauces to try before I got it. Friendly, approachable, and helpful staff. Mason and Thomas were great. Mason is awesome! Thanks for making it easy.
