  Are the people that work and run this place not capable of critical thinking? They've been out of the "big slices" of chicken for over a week but they have chicken tenders. So I asked if they could just put two tenders on the bacon swiss sandwich instead they said no. So I said ok, Ill have the chicken tender meal and proceeded to order all the sides I needed to make it myself and they could just charge me extra for it. They said they couldn't give me a bun and bacon on the side and charge me for it it's against their policy. This is either laziness or absolute stupidity and either is unacceptable.

  Ordered from app, Admittedly mistakingly ordered full sugar soda and told them and asked them to simply change it to diet. "we already made it" and refusal from window attendant to simply change the drink to diet. Poor service

  Arby's roast beef was amazing. But dont get the steak bites thinking it's as large as what the show on tv.......because large is not what that was defiantly not enough steak bites for the amount of money they costed honestly steak bites was a total rip off....other than that everything else was okay

  My wife and I visited Arby's to try the new fried turkey sandwiches they have out for November. We ordered the Gobbler. I must say it does have the taste and reminder of Thanksgiving. It has the turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce and other delicious Thanksgiving reminders. The problem that gave Arbys su h a low rating was the service . The lady at the register was not friendly at all and did not suggest trying anything. After our sandwich we have a cherry pastry that to my memory was delicious, but this time the lady heated up my dessert way to much that it hardened the bread and cooked the insides. She knew what she did and did not bother to replace it. So I just bought another 1 and told her not to heat it. I
