I placed an order on the app in the stall (I do this to use my rewards) at 8:10pm for 2 Coney dogs, chili cheese tots, and 2 drinks. After about 15 minutes I noticed that my order status on the menu sign was gone and still no food. There were cars that pulled up after me and in drive thru that had already received their orders and left. I waited another 5 minutes then pressed the red button again and asked about my order. The guy that answered asked me the order name and the replied, "oh it's sitting over here, we will get it out to you". They did bring it out after that, and the young lady was nice. I reached into the bag ad checked the temp of the food and the dogs were cold, the chili on the tots was still warm. it took me about 8 minutes to get home, at which time I sat down to eat and the dogs were ice cold inside almost like they were just thawed out. The chili was the only warm part of the whole meal. I'm not sure what has changed, but this is not the first time over the past couple of weeks I have stopped on the way home and had to wait more than 15 minutes for a single meal.
