  In drive thru right now trying to pick up some food for a family member and the person expediting the window has a really poor attitude and has been rude throughout the entire transaction. So much so that a young man ended up taking over the transaction. Im not really sure what we did to be accosted. The girl had trouble hearing us so we had to speak at a greater volume to hear us and it seemed as if she had us repeat ourselves intentionally just to continue being rude. I don't want any refunds or free gifts etc but maybe train the people on the window to have better manners? I could understand how she may have thought we were being aggressive when giving our order but we were simply trying to be heard since the girl had such trouble hearing us in the first place. We also asked that our food be cooked fresh because the food has been old when we come on lately. We're townie and enjoy coming through but maybe we will start going else where if we are going to get old food and unpleasant attitudes. This occurred around 2:10 pm after looking at the receipt the carhops name is Nat.

  It's a hit or miss at this sonic. Some days they are quick and some days they are slow. Depending on who's making your burger depends on if everything slides out on the first bite or not. Too much sauce is always a problem.

  stopped in on way home tonight. I placed an order on the app in the stall (I do this to use my rewards) at 8:10pm for 2 Coney dogs, chili cheese tots, and 2 drinks. After about 15 minutes I noticed that my order status on the menu sign was gone and still no food. There were cars that pulled up after me and in drive thru that had already received their orders and left. I waited another 5 minutes then pressed the red button again and asked about my order. The guy that answered asked me the order name and the replied, "oh it's sitting over here, we will get it out to you". They did bring it out after that, and the young lady was nice. I reached into the bag ad checked the temp of the food and the dogs were cold, the chili on the tots was still warm. it took me about 8 minutes to get home, at which time I sat down to eat and the dogs were ice cold inside almost like they were just thawed out. The chili was the only warm part of the whole meal. I'm not sure what has changed, but this is not the first time over the past couple of weeks I have stopped on the way home and had to wait more than 15 minutes for a single meal.
