    The customer service was the worst. I have worked for sonic before so ik the rules and how you are supposed to address your customers. Our carhop walked up to our truck window and just started handing food to us no hi my name is and reading off the order is any sort. These girls need to be retained on basically everything in my opinion. I would hate to run this store!!

    Food is hot and they do not mess up your order. The only downtime is they do take their time to give your order.

    Got food poisoning from their chilli cheese coney, chili cheese tots didn't even come with chilli, and pretty sure the hot dog was under cooked. I think I'm done with Sonic for a while.

    Looks like they don't care much for the people who order through uber. Let me explain. I ordered through the uber app. My order was wrong, the uber driver told thr staff currently working today 2/6/2026 @1:00pm that the order is wrong. They told hee that "its ok the person can dispute it with uber". Instead of correcting the order right there. If I had driven for my order and it was wrong they would have changed it to be correct, so whats the difference. Wrong is wrong. Needless to say, I did dispute it with uber, I was refunded and recieved free items that I didn't order. Where is the morals and values. You do not treat uber drivers as if they are less important than another customer, THEY ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS. And the uber lady driver was very nice, I can see how she wouldn't fight this. Do the right thing sonic, have some integrity.
