  food is not bad. the issue is the service. employees are always rude. and before driving off you better make sure to check your bag because 9/10 theres always something missing.

  Would be nice to have a real menu in there and some one to take my order instead of trying to look through the menu on an iPad

  Order always missing something. Check your order before driving off. These guys have to intentionally be ripping people off. Portions always tiny and half the size of EVERY OTHER taco bell that exists.

  The young girl with the long braids that works drive thru needs to be fired. Doesn’t greet customers.. too worried about gossiping instead of doing her easy job.

  I went through the drive thru to order food for my family the lady on the headset just kept having a conversation with someone in the store while taking my order and was rude when we kept saying what we wanted and I got my food the cashier was already being rude and pushed the food out the window into my hand, drinks had soda all over them and was spilling, and she slammed the window when I was trying to ask for sauce then I left well my food was incorrect I was supposed to have 3 crunchy tacos all the way but the cashier rung it up wrong. I went back to the drive thru and was telling the lady how it was incorrect and she straight up said I’m not seeing the problem and we handed her the receipt and the food and she said they are correct I told her the crunchy tacos was supposed to be all the way and she said no I remember you said no lettuce and we told her that’s we didn’t say that and she said I heard you say no lettuce I don’t know if you got your words confused or what but you said it. She wouldn’t fix our food. She was very rude her name Augustina W.
