Didn't have order right at all all 5 sandwiches were on wrong bread and didn't have cookies ordered either

Got a Togo order, and I was sitting there waiting for it, and the girl put it on the pu shelf and walked out to get on her phone. When she came back in, I asked her why she didn't tell me they were ready. I had already spoken to her when she told me they had no more black olives or banana peppers. Wow just wow!
