Didn't have order right at all all 5 sandwiches were on wrong bread and didn't have cookies ordered either

Actually she didn't act like she even understood English very well. The manager had left while we were trying to place our order in the app so she was not there to help. We had the girl call her to see what to do and after about 10 minutes she held the phone out on speaker and some lady told us the app wasn't working and they couldn't fill our order so we left. This whole experience was very unprofessional and needs to be addressed by corporate before you run off all your business. We were also going to buy a box of cookies.
