Looks like they don't care much for the people who order through uber. Let me explain. I ordered through the uber app. My order was wrong, the uber driver told thr staff currently working today 2/6/2026 @1:00pm that the order is wrong. They told hee that "its ok the person can dispute it with uber". Instead of correcting the order right there. If I had driven for my order and it was wrong they would have changed it to be correct, so whats the difference. Wrong is wrong. Needless to say, I did dispute it with uber, I was refunded and recieved free items that I didn't order. Where is the morals and values. You do not treat uber drivers as if they are less important than another customer, THEY ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS. And the uber lady driver was very nice, I can see how she wouldn't fight this. Do the right thing sonic, have some integrity.

Got 3 medium sonic blast and 2 of them were sour and we told them, they said they couldn’t do anything about that. What type of service is this?
