My boyfriend went to pick up our food, and the lady at the front counter an around middle aged has the audacity to say “no tip” to my boyfriend as he was picking up our food. He politely said “no” and then she proceeded to say “couldn’t tip today” which completely left him stunned since when do we tip for PICKING UP the food. That is completely unprofessional Pizza Hut!!
