    The burger was NOT done! It was also sloppy. I couldn't eat it. I ate the fries, which was barely over half full, although hot and tasty, and gave the almost-raw burger to my dogs. Also, when I attempted to fill my cup with Sprite, the nozzle shot soda all over my arm. My buddy was getting Dr. Pepper and it was all fizzy. If I had read the reviews about this location I would have chosen to eat elsewhere.

    Is slow..orders are wrong..i been there twice diffrent times and is the same..last time i order coffee and mc sausage mc muffing and got 2 hash potatoes extras.i was there about 30 min waiting

    I’m usually not one to do this and I’ve been to this location with only the problem of no sauce (no big deal), but what happened yesterday was just ridiculous. I ordered through the app. I ordered 3 smoothies, 1 large, 1 medium, and 1 small. My family was going to pick it up for me. Well they get there and the machine was being cleaned so couldn’t make it, understandable. The workers told my dad I would have to do it through the app and they couldn’t give me a refund there. So I went on the app, then realized I actually can’t do it through the app (this was my first time needing a refund). Well I called and they said I’d have to go back up there to either get the smoothie or the refund, I was confused and irritated by this point. My family had to go back to town so I asked them to just go ahead and get the smoothies instead of the refund. She comes back with only the one large drink (not her fault she didn’t know), but still. I still haven’t got my money back for the other 2.

    I ordered a 60$ purchase on the mobile app. Went to the McDonalds that was wrapped around. Waited.. waited... went inside. It was 30 min before I was even acknowledged. Gave my mobile order. Everything. Told..just a min. Then nothing. 45 min...into an hour...I said.." oh my God. I'll just get in the drive through. I wait another 20+ min...get to the speaker and the person acts like he can't understand me. Then says no...he can't find it. But the mobile order...is literally in my hand. 1st window.. and the staff says he can't read my order on the phone. Is rude...and at that point I am getting very upset. I have severe anxiety and as I'm beginning to develop symptoms of an attack i call my husband who is on speaker now. Finally a manager asks me for my order number. I give it..she said..ok I got you. I pull to the next window and the manager at the window..humilliates me! He makes fun of me, addresses my husband onspeaker by name as im in tears asking for m6 husbands support.."hi , marrrk" he says. and laughs at me when he says...no she don't got you... she said( referring to the female manager) she don't got you. I'm at that point going into a full blown panic attack... and as I am saying this out loud ...the manager laughs as I begin hyperventalating. He literally starts laughing while I'm trying to breathe. My 4 yr old is in the backseat...I manage to pull to the back where it worsens. An ambulance has to take me from the McDonalds. My blood pressure is triple digits on both ends and my heart is beating 120+ .. My family makes it there ( as im still in the ambulance having recurring panic episodes) before we pull off and I spent 2 hrs in the ER trying to break the panic cycle. I have been too crushed by this to even contact them and too humiliated to even address it and so have depended on my husband to get the money back that we were charged. And a whole month later...some woman..finally!...from McDonalds called and told him they reviewed footage and seen us in the drive through and received something. A complete lie. Now it's insult to injury. So you do a customer like that... #1..how. how could another human do another human like that .. you cause them serious.. ... discusting harm...and Now ... steal their money and continue to harm them. What is this place. What is it worth... a 60 $ meal.. apparently my sanity. I am sick. Since this ...i have not been ok. Hello..McDonalds... i have a paper trail... literally. What is wrong with yall?! I just wanted to move on from it. But now. Now I'm gonna fight it. Because how did I get food...when I was in an ambulance!!!! McDonalds will hear me NOW. How about help me pay the ER bill then...since you want to steal from my babies much less everything else. How much will you value whats right? Guess we will find out.
