Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- FFFeya3 days ago1.0As a fellow food service worker (for almost a decade at this point) I always give restaurants several tries before I give up on them. With this location, I've gotten to the point over the last year or so where I would be surprised if I had an order where something *didn't* go wrong. Forgetting items, handing out the wrong food, scheduled orders late or lost, not acknowledging or just plain ignoring you when you want to order or pickup. They don't even apologise or try to make it up to the customer. They also have a preference on which lane they answer. Sat there waiting to order while 3 cars got their order taken in the other line. Upsetting since the location is very convenient but alas. And this isn't be being a Karen or whatever, I don't expect perfection but I kinda do expect at least the bare minimum.

I can almost recall more times my orders short handed or messed up than not. I only come here because I’m close to here and lazy and don’t put much thought into my choice until I’ve arrived or in line and overwhelming immediate regret waves over me. This place suck weenz but the specials are good and the fries too so there’s that I guess🤷♂️

Also, the left lane drive thru is prioritized over the right lane. We (and the cars in front of us) were already waiting 10+ minutes when a car came in the left lane, ordered, and got their order within 5 minutes.
