  I love THIS McDonald's. Not all McDonald's are created equal! This one is a really good one.

  I've been to this drive thru 3 times, two out of the three times I was the only car in the drive thru. Proceed to give my order and there's no response on the speaker. First time I drove up to the window after receiving no response, I was asked to drive around again as they now have someone at the window, "what"? So I drive around again to a line of cars, smh.. Second time, again no one on speaker so I drove up to the window and no one there, waved to manager passing by who waved down employee, this time my order was taken but had to be repeated. Got home and order was wrong, ordered Ranch wrap ended up with 1 Ranch and 1 Spicy!!!!!

  People at the drive thru window are not always friendly and always seem to mess your order up, not to mention there are some employees who look unkept, dirty, to long of finger nails, and hair should be totally pulled back or in a hair net. It's gross and they don't wipe the side of their drinks down. I always do after they've touched all over my drink. Why do they not wear gloves etc. That's just so so gross and it makes you wonder how bad is the cleanliness of where the food is cooking or being prepared.

  McDonald’s iced coffee is my weekend treat. I love the staff (especially Azaiah). They are always joyful and welcoming. A gem for Woodforest!!

  This is a newer McDonald’s to the area. In comparison to other McDonald’s, it’s comparable. They usually put too much special sauce on the Big Mac IMO. As far as service goes, staff are kind, however it’s frustrating to get wrong orders esp when placing mobile orders which has been a recent issue. Overall, it’s on par with many other locations.
