  This Taco Bell, including the rest rooms were impressively claen and well cared for. This is something other chains should aspire to. On top of this, the staff actually came to check on us twice during our meal, to "make sure we had everything we needed". This is a major departure from previous visits to this location, where ir appeared there was no supervision to make sure the place was running correctly.

  I was order 162 yesterday I waited close to 30 minutes in the drive through. I went inside to wait for my food and one of the males that was making food said out loud “ I don’t care that he has to wait I’m working on these smaller orders first. When I ordered there was no one in line and I see all these cars get their food and leave. He also made the comment that he didn’t care that I was in the lobby he will just have to wait cause I’m working on smaller orders first.

  Hi, I know that Taco Bell is not the best or the healthiest food you could possibly eat but when you’re paying $63 for an order for them to mess up one thing for you to have to go back up there and the manager not wanting to make your order over again. This is an issue. I ordered a number three steak which that part was OK then I ordered also a steak Chalupa with extra cheese extra steak, extra sour cream for it to have nothing extra on it, and the manager had to call the lead manager to take care of me, which obviously they have not done. So now I’m having to deal with not eating dinner at this moment so if you want any kind of Mexican food? I would definitely Suggest not going to this location. I will be getting in contact with Tamala, The crew there tonight really sucks along with the manager on duty, which is only a shift leader and nothing more Here’s a picture of my steak Chalupa with extra cheese, extra steak and extra sour cream and tell me if this is extra anything other than extra disappointing

  They ruined my entire order. They also refused to fully refund my order. I should have learned from the last time. Claudia ,also was very rude during the entire process. I will never be back.
