  What is the point in making an order online if the staff wait till you arrive to make your order so you still have to wait for the food no matter what? Staff was nice but I don't get why they wait to make the order. If it was a Door Dash order they don't wait for the driver to arrive before making the orders. What are Door Dash orders more special? I noticed the same thing at both Taco Bells in Montgomery, Tx

  It's a shame that you can't go to a place called Taco Bell and get your tacos made correctly or receive them at all. And it's really a shame for a customer service employee to treat customers with such disdained to to see an employee flip off a customer as they're driving off because they were frustrated that they weren't allowed to use. The bathroom is completely unprofessional and obviously learned from management because management at this restaurant has no regard for the customers and the fact that Taco Bell completely ignores the reports about a manager and just shift some from one restaurant to another is completely irresponsible and unbelievable. Perhaps if you want to fix your rating, fix your restaurant. I'm riding this review because my complaints have gone unresolved and have been disregarded by everyone, including obviously corporate in the general manager

  They're always so busy and kind when we come! My food was ready after ordering on the app in Conroe plus the things we ordered when we got there came out so quick! Absolutely love our small town Taco Bell 🥰

  The food at this location is better than some of the other ones. Friendly service, nice and clean.
