  Changed the bagels, don't like them now. Stopped having some of the breakfast items I liked. Won,t be back.

  Hispanic girl with glasses making my food made the most scrumptious meal I’ve ever had in my life. This taste better than the garbage food my hubby be making. She deserves a 10 dollar raise. She needs to be cooking with Jordan Ramsey. Next time I go she better be cooking my meals otherwise I’ll throw a fit and bring some of my roaches with me.

  They asked us to pull forward and forgot about us, and they gave our smoothie to someone else. The food was good.

  I have been to this specific location over 20 times and have not once experienced bad service until today. I am not advising anyone to not eat here, its an excellent restaurant with excellent employees, I just advise everyone to be cautious around this one specific employee who lost her temper (It was very scary!) I will not return to this Panera until she is fired. I have been a waitress at three different restaurants, I understand the service industry sucks to work in, which is why I am very polite to everyone in the service industry. Today when in the drive thru line, I said I would like to order the pick two, then quickly changed my mind and said no I am sorry I would not like the pick two but rather the roasted turkey Panini and I would like to add the southwest chicken tortilla bowl to my meal. After paying for my meal I notice on the receipt the order is wrong. A young man comes to the window with my food, I then tell him what has happened and give him my card. He tells me the mix up was on the restaurant and he would be giving me the other half of my sandwich for free. While waiting for him to get the sandwich, the original lady who took my order demands I pay her or I will not receive the sandwich. She says the young man I spoke to has no right to give out free food and yells at me to pay up if I want the other half of the sandwich because I was the one that said the order order wrong. After harassing me for 10 minutes, the young man was finally able to make her hand me the other half of the sandwich. She then says "give that back your bag is about to rip, I can put it in a different one". I checked the bag, it was completely fine, I honestly think she was either wanting to spit in it or take the sandwich back. I said no and drove off. This lady is black, overweight, and has a large tattoo on her arm/chest. I was so shocked and afraid of how aggressive this employee was, I sped off without thinking to ask for a manager at the window. One the way home I called the manager, he was very kind and polite. He offered me a free panini and took care of the situation appropriately over the phone. Honestly though, that was such a bad experience I will not be back until she is fired, I felt very violated and threatened by her. If anyone else has an issue with her please talk to the manager and maybe she will be removed from the restaurant! Thank you to the manager who handled the situation so well and all the OTHER employees who have done such a good job every time I have been there!!
