  I didn’t make a very big burrito just white rice double chicken no beans cheese salsa and corn the lady that made it couldn’t wrap it up and it was falling apart I told them I needed another wrap because I can’t eat that and the lady rolled her eyes huffed and then made it I was perfectly fine with paying the extra .50 cents for another wrap terrible customer service if one of my employees had done that I would of written them up immediately

  This Chipotle is an absolute disaster. It’s never stocked, never properly staffed, and always filthy. No matter the time of day, they’re out of basic ingredients, the line crawls because there aren’t enough employees, and the dining area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. Trash overflowing, tables dirty, floors sticky — it’s unacceptable. This isn’t a one-off bad visit; it’s a consistent pattern of neglect and mismanagement. Customers shouldn’t have to lower their expectations just to eat here. At this point, close this location already if you’re unwilling or unable to run it to even the most basic standards.

  The kitchen and restaurant are filthy. 5 employees just talking amongst themselves. Dining room had food all over floor and tables.ooked in kitchen. It was in the same condition. Will not be back.

  I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent visit. The service I received from Emelin was entirely unacceptable. She was blatantly unprofessional and rude throughout the interaction, which is completely out of line for any customer-facing role. Furthermore, the food I received was extremely poor in quality. It tasted old, as if it had been sitting out for a long time, and it did not meet the standards I expect from Chipotle. To make matters worse, items were added to my order that I did NOT request. This experience was far below what I expect from your business, and it needs to be addressed immediately. I am requesting that this issue be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to prevent this from happening again. I look forward to a prompt response.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION first off The employees were very rude. They were very very skimpy my brother ordered both races and she gave half a scoop of the white rice and half a scoop of the brown rice instead of how the other chipotle do it they give one scoop of one rice and one scoop of the other one, so that was already the first red flag. And when I ordered my food the lady gave me half a scoop of brown rice and that Is it when I asked for more she literally flat out told me no I was shocked. I asked this lady For steak, she gave me the most tiniest scoop of steak and it was like about Eight pieces of steak. and the next guy who was doing like The corn and sour cream and those Add-ons was very skimpy as well He barely gave me any lettuce or cheese. OK, so we leave this Chipotle and we taste the food. This food was disgusting. The steak was sweet, and it had a chemically deodorant taste to it And it also smelled like deodorant, and we were very disgusted. The rice was crunchy and hard and undercooked, and the steak was all fat and you couldn’t even eat it. The only nice employee was the lady at the checkout counter, but the rest of the employees were very rude and they were not clean at all Then the last part is absolutely insane before we leave I go to the bathroom. I walk in this bathroom and there was a brown smears everywhere. It was absolutely disgusting. I almost passed out. Do not ever eat here again. This is the second chance I gave them and it was worse when I came just do not ever go to this chipotle ever again for your own good The prices were insane and they barely gave any food
