  I’ll give you one thing - y'all are consistent. This chipotle is the most consistently poor eating experience I can recall. It’s genuinely so bad I feel it’s detrimental to the Chipotle brand and they should disallow whoever is running it from continuing to do so. Buy it back! Hostile takeover! Anything! We literally go here (because there are so few options and I’m hopeful it will get better -it doesn’t) and am left dumbfounded and bewildered every time. Rice - NEVER COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH - here’s an idea, if the rice is still crunchy, keep cooking! The steak is so unnecessarily spicy that our kids can’t eat it. They can eat chipotle steak from any other Chipotle location. It’s like they’re just doing their own thing and not using Chipotle recipes. Please someone fix this we have like 4 good restaurants in Montgomery. Chipotle corporate please for the love of Guac get involved. It’s bad, like, really bad.

  Love having them in the community! They have a little growing pains but they are getting so much better. Always have had polite servers and great food. Never a bad experience here and will continue to go. A lot of food for the money and usually have to save for later.

  I stopped by this Chipotle around 7:25 PM today. There were no other customers in the restaurant, and several employees were standing around. No one acknowledged me as I walked up to the line. After waiting briefly, an employee came from the back and asked me to give him a moment while he put on gloves. While waiting, I looked over the line to see what ingredients were available. The only protein visible was regular chicken breast, which was about three-quarters full. They were completely out of Chicken Al Pastor (which was the reason for my visit, as it’s my wife’s usual order) and also out of steak, which is typically my choice. I asked if there was any more Chicken Al Pastor or steak available. The employee yelled over to the three people standing near the grill and was told no. I then asked if more would be coming out, as I didn’t mind waiting, and was told no again. This is the second time in one week that I’ve visited this location during dinner hours and found key menu items unavailable, despite the restaurant being empty. It gives the impression that there is little urgency or care when it comes to stocking core ingredients. I’ve worked in food and beverage management for over 15 years, and it’s surprising how poorly managed this location appears. Running out of staple items during peak hours, without any plan to replenish them, reflects a lack of oversight. When items are running low, the solution is straightforward—start cooking more. It’s easy to understand why this location is rarely busy and currently holds a 2.5-star rating on Google. With a relatively limited menu, consistently being out of major ingredients makes it very difficult to attract and retain customers.

  Today we went into chipotle and the lady making our food was amazing! Her name is Tania and she listened to everything we wanted and gave appropriate portions definitely better than usual. She deserves a raise!

  i usually don’t leave reviews because i’m not petty like that but i think occasion is a reason to. I walked in and i noticed they were hiring a new girl, not an issue at all I get it we’ve all been there before. She takes my order and automatically i noticed the portions were super small like surprisingly small. I asked her to put more steak on it because it literally had like eight seven pieces of steak and she added like an extra four so i just gave up and went with it. I’m mainly disappointed because i paid 15 dollars for a bowl that didnt even reach mediocre and personally as someone who’s in high school and works for their money 15 dollars isn’t pocket money. I also got a small drink and they had no ice/their ice machine wasn’t working which on top of that was disappointing. Needless to say i’m super disappointed and upset and i wish i would have gone somewhere else to get food because i literally could have gone to panda express a couple of feet away and had a actual good meal. i’m eating it literally as im typing this and im still hungry after finishing it and im 115 pounds if that says anything, so yeah i get full pretty easily. yall do what yall want with this it’s just disappointing.
