She ended up working the window by the time I got there where I had to add the drinks I forgot and provided great service!
- BBB BApr 3, 20263.0sweet people but worst managed drive thru line anywhere. someone needs to shadow the locations in The Woodlands to avoid confusion at the merge and long lines past the windows. there are two lanes for a reason. if you aren't going to use them completely, then just do one lane for orders to give us an idea of how long the wait actually is.
