    Food was dry and stale. Likes it's been sitting out all day. Soda machine was out of the bubbles and the fries were a waste of money. Service was not so great either, guy that took our order looked like he just pulled a all nighter and was very rude while taking my order. And did not put our order in right. The whole restaurant smelled like dirty mop water, floors sticky tables not wiped down, trash on the floor. Condiment stand was messy and out of ketchup. Will not be returning here untill I hear better reviews. Thinking mont belvieu is a nice and fancy place then we walk into this establishment really puts a damper on our thoughts of the town.

    Customers should not have to wait to be greeted or waited on. Also there should more than 1employee who speaks English. I wanted chili but there was no chili ready. So I ordered a salad I chose the apple and pecan salad and I guess it’s my fault that I can’t read the teeny tiny writing up there on the wall that apparently says that they put blue cheese on it. Usually blue cheese is traditionally on a specific salad and you know it, I was not advised or asked hey do you want the blue cheese on there? I wasn’t even asked what salad dressing that I wanted again. Nobody greeted us when we arrived. No one Spoke English except for one person. I had to wait yet there were three people working but were there all doing something, but nobody could talk to me because only one spoke English and she was on the window. This is very bad Customer Service. This is not how you should treat customers we have been to this location several times and at this point, we will not be returning and just for those who want to think that I am prejudiced I am not I am Mexican but my husband is not and I do not think it’s fair that he’s required to or any person here is required to speak Spanish to communicate with the employees at a Wendy’s. It’s not like they went into a Taqueria or Mexican Restaurant at which point I would’ve been more understanding but yet even they speak enough English to take an order. this place is clean and they are not rude. However not being rude doesn’t take away from the fact that it is rude that they can’t speak the same language as their customers so therefore they can’t really do a very good job. If you’re going to come to this country I do believe that you should learn the language if you go to Mexico you are expected to speak Spanish if you got to Germany, you are expected to speak German why is it that nobody wants to learn to speak English? Why did you come to this country if you don’t want to speak. Also the 1 employee ho spoke Spanish said I should speak Spanish to them since I can . What about the other customers who don’t speak Spanish????

    HORRIBLE SERVICE! was stopping by for lunch before work and I was the only car in drive thru and lobby wasn’t busy at all and still had to pull up to the line. a car pulled in they order, got his food and left I only ordered nuggets and a drink and was taking more then 15-20mins. I drove off and left my food. I will return to pickup my money and will not return!

    The service is slow, it's expected if you're ordering food that's not frozen and temp monitored. Their food doesn't hurt my stomach and I don't feel like garbage after I eat an entire combo. If you're looking for a quick meal, there are other options on this street. If you want food that's as good of quality as possible in a "fast food" format then this is your place.

    Takes forever to go and even place the order in the drive through 3 cars in the drive through line one at the window, the car at the window left and still, nobody had taken the order of the red car that was in front of me so I just drove off. I can't sit there for 4 or 5 minutes just to have an order taken, especially when the line's not even moving. And this was about 1:30 in the afternoon. I have tried this location several times speed of service is horrible.I work in the restaurant business.And this is totally unacceptable.They always have you pull ahead and wait so that they can say that there's speed of service is good
