They ended up going inside and when I pulled up I ended up waiting as well, a friendly lady ended up picking up the headset and taking my order after waiting a little bit but at the window a Young fellow with facial hair opened the window and didn’t say a word. Just stood there and looked at me. Normally the crew is friendly but this fellow gave this tropical smoothly a bad look. The customer should never have to initiate conversation with a crew member.

The girl That took my order was rude after she saw I didn’t tip in receive through mind you. Then another guy who had food all over his shirt and who looked unkempt brought my order to the window wearing gloves with food all over them, touching the window, the register, all kinds of stuff. I just know he’s doing that and then making more sandwiches which is gross and defeats the purpose of gloves to begin with. He wasn’t friendly either. My sandwich was a sloppy mess with little ingredients and looked like it was stomped. I didn’t eat it, I threw it all away. Some of the employees look dirty and are rude on other visits also. Jersey mikes is right next door, y’all can’t be acting this way.

Then when the young man behind the counter in the green hoodie came to the front, didn't say a word, didn't ask what we would like just looked at us with a dead fish look in his eyes, didn't speak till he needed to find out if they had something. After getting our order not a word again. Love this place put get you customer service together.
