  I went thru the drive thru. I pls ed my ordered and said thank you. The girl didn’t say you’re welcome or anything. Ok fine. No problem. I go to the window to pay, I asked if they can make sure my food is hot because 9 times out of ten my food is somewhat cold from Taco Bell especially shell on the chalupa. I thought she was ignoring me because she didn’t respond. She gave me my drink, I said thank you again. She said nothing and closed the window I checked my food and yes it’s cold. I don’t like returning food and having it remade because that makes some people mad and they may do something to your food. So I ask for a refund. Her demeanor changes and she now has an attitude. I some with the manager and asked for her name. She’s a black girl named Jess. Just rude from the beginning til the end.

  The short lady Mexican manager should be fired very unprofessional and rude. I ordered 2 bean burritos no onions they put a handful of onions when I went to let them know she just ignored me laughed in my face and walked away. She shouldn’t be working there. She needs to be trained better or learn customer service or just quit. I will be contacting corporate to get her removed from the establishment. I always return to this location but it never fails that they get my order wrong and the wait times are super high for something so simple.

  Horrible … who owns this place?? You have a bunch of cussing .. yelling 12 year olds running your business.. may want to rethink your employees..second visit same experience.. never again .
