  Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I was charged twice even though I clearly showed proof that the original payment had already gone through. Instead of resolving the issue, the situation was handled poorly and I was told to call back if both charges posted. When I followed up, the manager was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no willingness to actually assist in resolving the problem. I was simply directed to a customer service number, which then redirected me back to the store, leaving me stuck in a loop with no resolution. I’ve also spent a significant amount of time on hold trying to fix a mistake that should have been handled immediately. There was a clear lack of accountability, poor communication, and no effort to correct a straightforward billing error. Customers should not have to chase down refunds or deal with this level of service

  I ordered 2 sonic burger combo meals. One with onion rings one with fries. Coke to drink. The onion rings were literally raw the outside was dough! The coke was Dr. pepper. The cheese burgers were sloppy. Okay, i usually don’t complain but for 2 regular burger combos 22.00🤨 Good thing I don’t manage that sonic id fire the cook and the order taker! 22.00 my A..🙄

  I order a large chilli cheese fry and I only got half of a large. I also ordered a triple smasher burger but none of the onions were caramelized. The server was the best experience. The food used to be great. A large is a medium and a medium is a small. That's not right. My order cost little over $11.00 for just me. You should not cheat us out of food we paid for. There kitchen workers need more training. Can't believe the manager let that go out the door. Must be talking to much and not focused on there job. Today's date: Feb 20, 2026. I ordered at 3:00pm.

  My son thought he left his phone the employee wouldn't walk outside to even look to see if he left it before we had to drive back there .. zero reason for this level of rudeness to a 12 year old ..
