After 8pm you essentially can't get food here. I'm assuming they are short staffed so don't take it out on the employees. Just plan accordingly.
I have done multiple online orders only to arrive and they say there is either a 30 minute wait or they can't make any food

UPDATE: RUDE!!!! this is one of the worst rudest restaurants in Mont Belvieu. Every time I go in there, I’m communicating with other customers who are complaining on how rude they are and how their order is always wrong. They move too fast and forget about the customer service part. Bottom line if you don’t like working with people find another job’ I am going to complain to DoorDash to maybe move their services to Highway 146 for DoorDash because it’s always a problem here
They move too fast when they are busy. They don’t communicate. One person could be working in an order and walk away then someone else takes it but doesn’t look to see that everything is there. Twice I’ve had items missing from happy meals and regular meals. They need to communicate and work better as a team

I placed a online order very simple, plain burger only cheese, large fry, ketchup, and 4 cookies, 1st all there was NO ketchup at all I put 10 packets on the order and not one, 2nd the plan burger had ketchup and pickles, and the cookies were hard as a rock, very disappointed I always come here and get the same thing and this was just bad!

Tonight at 7:20pm, I waited 10 minutes at the menu screen without anyone taking my order, while the other drive-through lane was operating smoothly. I drove to the first window to try placing my order. A person who seemed to be the manager (female) and a man with long blue-green braids glanced at me, then looked away and laughed. A young woman with a headset stood at the register, looking frustrated. Despite saying "hello" multiple times, I was ignored and eventually drove off. This was extremely poor customer service. I saw other vehicles leaving too. I doubt I’ll hear anything other than the usual "call us to resolve this" response. I won’t spend another dollar at this McDonald’s and will advise others to avoid it as well.
