  Every. Single. Time! I get attitude. But today took the cake! I will never ever patronize that place again. Was trying to order food for three and the person taking my order had such a nasty attitude I ended up only ordering for my husband and son. Got to the window to ask who took my order and the young lady said it was her manager. What?! Told her I’d never ever be back. She was apologetic. I truly felt sorry for her having to work with someone with an ugly attitude like that. The attitude, impatience, tone of her voice, the whole experience was INSANE. I am in customer service too, and at times I’m pretty overwhelmed; so I know what it’s like to be stretched thin and feel like I’m about to come undone. I don’t understand how people like that get promoted to managerial positions. Someone please explain that phenomenon to me. I’ll never go back.

  Ordered a large coffee from here put easy ice on the order paid almost 5 dollars for the coffee for only 2 sips and it was gone because there was so much ice. Went through the line to tell them to see if they could either remake it or put more coffee in it. He said ya that’s the way we make it. Do not buy coffee from here! I come to this sonic every single day for drinks and food….

  I'm not going to give them any stars because they don't deserve any.The gentleman that took my order miguel was very rude.Hateful didn't get my order right when I received my order the toast was burnt so bad that I could not bite it.The eggI don't know how you burned an egg, but they did.And the onion rings was burnt.Just like the toast I got so angry.I just threw the stuff away.I couldn't eat it.I'm not going back to that store for any reason.And I advise other people to do the same
