They continuously just park people and then wait until they have multiple orders to take out before taking any out. Half the time the food is cold. All they care about doing is the DoorDash type orders. It’s proven anytime you go in. They get those out the door constantly meanwhile you’re either inside waiting or outside parked & waiting for your order that was placed before the doordash orders even show up. I’ve witnessed them multiple times stacking in person customer orders up & working on the doordash orders. I honestly hate going to this horribly ran location.

Yesterday I was told that they were short-staffed and it would be around 30 minutes to get anything I order. Fine, people call in and stuff happens. Today, I pulled up with 2 cars currently waiting after ordering. I waited 2 minutes at the drive-thru speaker without being addressed. After I yelled "hello", I was met with a woman saying that they had just received 6 door dash orders and it would be 30 minutes for anything I order. I just wanted a spicy McChicken. I don't plan on coming back here, I'll just drive down to the McDonald's on 146. They've been good for years
