This is for the floral department… I always get flowers from different HEB stores and have them wrapped in tissue with a bow added and they always pleasantly do it without hesitation and have never charged me an extra fee… except at this location. They charged me $3 extra dollars… and that’s fine, I have no problem paying it, but at least make the bow look like it’s worth it. You didn’t even have tissue to wrap the flowers! The girl already had an attitude since she seemed to be under pressure while working alone and had quite a few order of balloons to make but damn! Smh… next time, I won’t bother to ask them for anything!

Wanna give it 5 stars, but most of the time the checkout is slow. But the place is always busy, so they can't help it

I had the pleasure of visiting this H-E-B Pantry location recently, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the General Manager—your leadership truly shines through! From the moment I walked in, the store felt impeccably organized, with fresh seafood, meats, produce and pantry staples displayed in a way that’s both inviting and efficient. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, clearly reflecting the positive culture you’ve fostered. It’s clear you prioritize community and quality, making every trip a delight. Thank you for making HEB Pantry a go-to spot—keep up the fantastic work! Five stars all the way.

My only complaint is that I’ve never seen such a small selection of peanut butter in my life. They don’t carry Natural Jif with the brown label that I’ve always used.. no Smuckers either which is such a great brand that I like as well. Your choices are overly sweet classic creamy or classic chunky and that’s it. Limited sizing options as well. You either get a tiny jar, or a giant jar. There’s just no room for anything else. The amount of space they have for all of their peanut butter is crazy small. It’s like they forgot about peanut butter until the end and then tried to just squeeze it in somewhere as an afterthought. And because the area is so small, the shelves are always half empty. They have 2 entire isles for hundreds of wine selections, but couldn’t give peanut butter more than 3 foot of space?
