This place has gotten my orders wrong more than twice. They forget sauces and they basically steal from you because you can choose the supreme option in a taco only for them to not even care and skimp you out of the extra cents that you paid for. My coworkers were missing 10+ tacos and the tacos that were in the bag are basically all lettuce and so little ground beef. It seems to me like the closing shift didn’t want to make more ground beef because they were also missing 4, 5-layer burritos. Instead we got rice and bean burritos. The nuggets look like charcoal. Not at all how they look in the app. Not exactly the experience I want from Taco Bell. This makes me not want to go to this Taco Bell location ever again. Team members need to be re-trained or re-placed. I really doubt the franchise owners want lazy workers like the ones I encountered tonight. Not only did they ruin the food, they stole from the consumer and they made this franchise loose 8 customers. None of us got our order complete and I can only imagine how many more times this location has done this to customers. So much for a “new” franchise location. Won’t last long with people like that working there. Get better Taco Bell Monahans.

Me and my boyfriend waited for 2 hours to get our food only to be told by our doordash driver that they were waiting for too long so they decided to cancel our order .every time we order from this place we wait hours on end and some time we don't get what we pay for . We understand when they first open up that things where going to be awhile to get on track but now it's getting out of hand . The staff really need to do better we pay good money here and we deserve better service .

Stay away! 2 hours that's how long I waited. And I wanted a refund after 30 minutes but no one to help at the cash register. Will add after waiting 2 hours food was missing and had to wait on nuggets. There was a line of angry people all had wait times 45 minutes+ that's insane for fast food. My kid went to the bathroom and walked in on a man because the lock was broken on the main door. Everything about this place needs fixing. Was just passing through an thought it would be a fast stop. Definitely a mistake should have just continued on my trip.

This place is ridiculous, I waited almost 2 hours inside and the manager kept saying "mobile orders and doordash are more important" so our order kept getting moved down, employees were no where to be found hiding in the back of the kitchen, flash forward when we FINALLY get our food its missing food we ordered and they had originally fully deleted our ticket from the system, had to find it again and there was countless amounts of people waiting hours for food and never got it resulting in just wanting to get a refund and having to sit there another additional 30 minutes to an hour, would not recommend at all. Do not go here if your wanting a "fast" meal not a very "fast food" environment at all.

For context I’ve been to this location multiple times for breakfast, lunch and late night food- I understood when it first opened, lines took actual hours to work through but it’s been a few months now and even if there’s 2 people in front of you, it can still take 30+ minutes to even get to the window. It’s actually crazy. I leave this review for corporate, to provide better training / or necessities to the people who work here. I’m not trying to bash HS kids or anything, just don’t want to wait an hour for Taco Bell. It’s was one of the “better” options in town when you don’t want to cook, so it’s just disappointing. Won’t be returning, I could drive to midland and back faster than I can get through the taco bell line. It doesn’t matter if you order on the app, go in, anything, it’s just bad.
