  They take so long to gove you the food, and its not lack of employees. And they dont wear gloves to handle the food

  I don’t know what happened to customer service nowadays, but this McDonald’s lacks it very bad. You have to wait at the counter forever to get assistance everybody’s looking at you but never going to asking if you need anything and then when you finally call someone over they get upset about it and have an attitude! If it wasn’t for my kids and this location having a play area I would never go again!!!!!!

  I placed my order and when i got there the resraurant was closed so i tried to cancel the order with no luck my card had already been charged. I reached out the following day to let them know what had happened and they told me they would issue the refund it has been over a week amd i have not gotten a refund so i reached out to customer service and they keep going back and forth telling me the restaurant will reach out but i have not gotten a single call from them my bank says there is no refund in process either.
