  I placed my order and when i got there the resraurant was closed so i tried to cancel the order with no luck my card had already been charged. I reached out the following day to let them know what had happened and they told me they would issue the refund it has been over a week amd i have not gotten a refund so i reached out to customer service and they keep going back and forth telling me the restaurant will reach out but i have not gotten a single call from them my bank says there is no refund in process either.

  If you use your credit card beware an d check your receipt. I ordered 2 $5 meals for the kids. Later I was checking my bank transactions to see what came in and realized they charged me 20 for that meal . So I looked at the receipt and it had 1 large Big Mac and 1 large 2 cheese burger meal ? But when I got my meals they were the $5 meals. So if they gave me the wrong ticket when I got to the second window they should have gave me the wrong meals , ? But they were the correct meal? Common sense makes me believe someone has got a little scam going on pocketing money which was about $9 from me and no telling what they got by the end of the night. Also tried calling but they kept hanging up on me I don’t think they care about the customer or review, I plan on leaving a post on Facebook so the people of Monahans know something is not right and someone could be stealing from the customers

  This is just McDonalds in general. The food is okay. I HATE the ordering kiosk. Why can't I order from a person? The staff we dealt with were nice
