  Just went through the drive thru and ordered a tea. Total was $4.28. Gave the cashier $10.28. She then informed me that it will be $4.30 because they round up. The sign says they will round up if you don't take the exact change. She could not understand I gave her the change. So if you are going to round up anyway just say $4.30 to begin with.

  Horrible employee! She spoke to us very rude and dismissed my spouse like we were trash🤬This happened today less than 2 hours or so. Asking us if i paid or i was stealing the tea! Excuse me lady i would never steal. She kept dismissing my spouse with hand gestures and yelled DONT EVER COME BACK! RUDE EMPLOYEE ' yall need to send them to vustomer service training!!!

  So I just went to HTeaO and Monahans Texas. My total was $4.28. I gave the cashier $20.28 so they sat there and explained to me that they don’t do pennies anymore and they could not give me my $16 that we were gonna get fifth I was going to get $15 dollars and $.98 back. I fixed it to where they wouldn’t have to give me any pennies back yet they were determined to rounded off whether or or not it convenience them or not they were not going to give me my correct money back when I dispute it the fact that it didn’t make sense. They laughed and made fun of me and refused to give me my $16 back. They called the district manager Esmie Graves who explained to me that that was corporate‘s decision that they had every legal right too keep my money because they had a sign it had pennies involved. I saw no sign. 🤔They could show me no sign or didn’t bother to, but they kept saying there was a sign that said it either way it does not make sense that they were bound and determined to keep peoples money instead of it being on our favor, it was on their favor and if truth be told $4.28 for a 32 ounce cup of tea is more than enough to have to pay, but that’s not enough for them. They want to take more money on top of that disrespecting you by laughing and making fun of you when you tell them you want the correct change. It seems to me like if I gave them the correct change that would help them out and not having to worry about pennies anymore, but that wasn’t enough. They want to profit from you your pennies not to give you pennies back how in the world does that make sense? It’s not about the pennies. It’s about the principal. They said they don’t do pennies, but they were giving me pennies back but not the right dollars they owed me.

  Me and my wife were traveling thru Monahans, we decided to grab a drink at HTEAO. I had to use restroom. It was 4:20pm. The restroom door was locked. We proceeded up front to pay for my $14.15 order. I asked young lady at cashier about the restroom. She bluntly states “ we close at 5:00pm, the restroom has been cleaned it is closed” I cordially asked” so am I able to use the restroom she bluntly says” No sir, the restroom is closed it has been cleaned for the day” I looked at my watch it is 4:20pm. I can understand had it been 4;55pm, but to have the restroom closed at 4:20pm is poor customer service. As a businessowner myself: we always leave restroom open as long as there are patrons in our establishment.
