  Terrible customer service all 3 times I've came here, the young man on the intercom and at the drive thru window never greets, doesn't tell you your total price until you get to the window and wait, God forbid if they get your order wrong and you he will just open window and stare at you won't even ask you what's wrong. Then the food is stail and not even worth how long the wait was. I will really leave my neighborhood and drive to the sugarland location because this one is so terrible on every level. If this is our neighborhood Wendy's we shouldn't have to be inconvenienced by poor staff to have to travel 20 minutes up the road for good food and service. If anyone knows who the owner of this location is please leave their info in the comments.

  Food was good but the lady taking my order obviously didint want to be there, it was soooo horid. the guy that gaveme my order was nice but overall def not comin back

  Very bad customer service at the drive-thru. Food is cold. Fries and the fish I ordered . They should be trained. No manners at all, they should know Customers pay your check.

  The young man who took my order around 3:45 today was so sweet and helpful. He made our experience a really good one. Great customer service!
