  Sadè I believe her name was she was working the drive through had extremely disgusting fingernails definitely recommend not have that showing customers and on top of that sight she was extremely rude and had a attitude for no reason she really needs to learn how to not bring a bad day or bad attitude to work other girl who brought out my order was very kind and sweet.

  I don’t understand why DoorDash orders aren’t ready at pickup time. I’ve been waiting nearly 30 minutes, and there’s a long line outside with people waiting inside the lobby. This is unacceptable—please improve your process to avoid these delays.

  Taco Bell seems to have lost the bold, consistent flavor that once made it a reliable go-to. Beyond the decline in food quality, the shift toward mandatory touchscreen kiosks has stripped away the core of the dining experience: human interaction. ​Navigating the digital interface is cumbersome and impersonal, effectively eliminating the customer service that many patrons value. When technology creates a barrier rather than a convenience, it undermines the entire reason for visiting. Between the lackluster seasoning and the frustrating ordering process, the experience is no longer what it used to be.

  This was a really frustrating experience. I placed a mobile order and realized I made a mistake with my taco, so I went to the store to fix it. The doors were locked at 8:00 PM, even though the posted hours say the lobby should be open until 11:00 PM. I went through the drive-thru instead, but it took a long time for someone to respond. When I explained that I simply wanted to substitute the beef for ground beef, the employee didn’t seem to listen and told me I would have to pay extra for it, even though I wasn’t asking for an addition—just a correction. I remained polite, but the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. On top of that, I couldn’t access my mobile order afterward since I checked out as a guest, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the service and experience were very disappointing. I left without food and will be requesting a refund. I hope this location can improve both communication and customer service in the future.

  Tardan cantidad en preparar solo un pedido para dordach no avia mas clientes que yo y otro ceñor y llevo ya casi 30 min y nada que lastima ... deveria el duño hacer algo 4 o 5 trabajadores y no sale nada
