- TGTanisha GreenMar 1, 20261.0March 1st 2026 I placed an online order for six double chocolate cookies at 7:40 p.m. Upon my arrival, I was informed by a Caucasian male with glasses that the cookies I purchased were unavailable. I inquired whether they were out of stock or if no cookies had been prepared. The server responded that they had the ingredients but no cookies had been made. When I asked for clarification, he stated that the oven was off. I then pointed out that I had placed the order around 7:30 p.m. and that the establishment closes at 9:00 p.m., questioning whether fresh batches are typically prepared. His response was that fresh batches are not made if the oven is off. I kindly requested a refund. I am highly dissatisfied with this location and the unprofessional customer service. Upon my arrival at 8:06 p.m., the server was already in the process of shutting down operations, which I find inappropriate. Had I wished to order a sandwich, he would have been required to reopen the equipment/food. This is not ok. If you don't want to do your job why show up for work. & to top it off, I'm pregnant and couldn't get what I was craving and had already paid for. Again, not ok.
