  Haven't been to Sonic is years. A buddy of mine wanted Sonic so we went, ordered our food through the app that we just downloaded to see if we could get discounts or offers (no discounts or offers). We parked guy didn't say anything (language barrier? Mute?) we took our food from his tray and he left. Got home just to realize that they forgot to give us one drink. We live a bit far so I call to cancel our drink with a refund and turns out you can't. The only way to get a refund was through the app. There's no refund option on the app... Like any other fast food apps.

  If you don’t know how to make a milk shake, do not work at Sonic. I ordered a chocolate shake on a Saturday night. What l got was thicker than concrete- l could barely eat it with a spoon after throwing the straw away. There was some chocolate mixed in that disappeared about halfway through my hardened ice cream “shake”. Whatever. I’ll go next door to Layne’s next time l want stuff not ruined.

  Ordered your 1.99 jr burger and it was absolutely disgusting. The meat patties are harder than a rock. I don't know if it was over cooked or set out for ever. Thought I was about to break my teeth. I couldn't handle anymore than two bites. Place wasn't busy. No need to serve burgers worse than a gas station burger. Get it together
