  Used app to order food. Arrived and it was a little busy in drive thru. I went inside to pick up my order. A few people entered after me and ordered on the kiosk’s. They received their order but my order was still not complete. I look and the gentleman was putting my order in the bag and when he placed my steak bagel in the bag the lady working the drive thru orders grabbed my bagel from him and put it in her drive thru bag. Other workers approached and asked if I had been helped and I informed them of this. They checked and even the kitchen stated that order was already made so that just sealed what I already witnessed. Therefore I had to wait another 5min because of this mind you the rest of my order is just sitting there cooling down. Now I see why my neighbors say don’t go to this location.

  This has to be one of the worst McDonalds franchises I've ever been to. The wait times are extremely long, the employees attitudes are abysmal and the clearly do not care about their job, and the orders are almost always wrong. I have no clue how this place is still open given that it's run by careless rude young individuals that stand around eating ice cream and laughing rather than serving orders.
