  I’m very upset about the cake decor I had for an anniversary cake. The design is horrible…it’s not centered, touching the boarder at the top and sides! The pic I brought in was for reference not to replicate. Then they argued with me stating Greek alphabet have copy rights. Hmmmm…ma’am it’s the alphabet in Greek there is not infringement going on here. If that’s the case let’s not use any alphabet EVER. If it wasn’t for me not having something in place for this celebration I would’ve walked out with no cake! I could’ve made this myself at home!! I am requesting a full refund. So disheartening…

  First time coming to this HEB, I bought Natures own bread and to my surprise half of the loaf is molded… Don’t shop here if you’re looking for mold free bread because you will be highly disappointed and sick.

  I always enjoy shopping at HEB—it’s my favorite grocery store because of the quality products and the consistently helpful staff. During my recent visit to this location, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Warley, who bagged my items, and Zoey, the cashier. Both were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my experience smooth and enjoyable. However, I did have a different experience with the manager on duty. While I understand everyone has busy moments, I found her demeanor to be less welcoming. She did not acknowledge my greeting, which felt out of alignment with the excellent customer service I’ve come to expect from HEB. I share this feedback because I truly value the standard of service your team usually provides, and I hope it can be reflected consistently at all levels of staff.

  Always has exactly what I need, wish they had more selection in the Japanese sushi shop. I went to another HEB and they carried Strawberry cream Sandos!! I do love the produce here but it gets pretty busy and I feel like the lines get congested.

  Man I got something to get off my chest!!!! I’ve been going to this HEB since it was built!! And man let me tell you I’ve had a handful of incidence over the past what 20 years hell maybe even 30 years and I swear if the next time I have a situation and they don’t handle it like drooling idiots I might have to start looking for a new store. See I’m from Missouri City been here since I was a young child, so I’m used to a certain level of incompetence and gaslighting!! And I have a hard time getting to sleep at night if I don’t hear a variety of semi and fully automatic rifles before bedtime I’m going to toss and turn! Some count sheep we count rounds and the variety of different sizes of ammunition!! The second thing is having employees treat you like you’re a problem and my favorite being insulted by a teenager or ex con because you have an issue that normal people would bring up but not in the Mo. Anyways these employees act like they really care about their job! (WTH) You ask where would this be at they don’t tell you, they actually take you to it. And omg so any cashiers!! I had a guy the other day who made my day I want to say John C I think it said o my receipt. I was having one of those days just flustered and he was a nice as can be!! Well like I said I’m not used to this this what’s the word customer service?!?! I leave there and I’m not angry actually the opposite!! Plus how come all the produce has so much color and the meat and seafood is so different it looks and smells good. I mean idk but it’s not right! I don’t even get turned away at the door 15 minutes before they close
