She had to be reminded to provide change back for an order payment. After checking order, I noticed portion was incorrect. I walked inside restaurant to address situation and drive-thru employee did not address me. Instead she had another employee address me after explaining why I return drive-thru employee laughed in my face multiple times. I noticed that she was also leaning on POS system using her phone - very unprofessional service at this location.

Sat at the window on the drive thru waiting for someone to come to the window to address me so I could ask for a remake since they decided to give me yesterday’s food. Guy at the window taking orders said “what’s your order” like be so for real. I don’t expect much from a fast food chain however there was a “manager” standing in the kitchen. Furthermore why are your employees handing food with no gloves or hairnets on? Do better smh.

Can’t even greet the costumer when we come into your store ? They all have that idiotic blank stare, are yall good cause they look a little slow behind that counter . Good luck to this location
