3.5 stars for this place is no surprise after the experience that I just had. I usually only leave good reviews but ownership needs to know about this. I get there at 2:35pm, I place my order wait about 5 mins then I wondered why the total price never popped up on the screen, so I pushed the button and told her that the total didn’t pop up and she said oh just pay the person when they bring the food. Ok cool so then I waited another 15 mins in a car full of kids. After hearing “where’s our food” for about the 10th time I pushed the button again and they lady asked me to reorder… ok fine . Re ordered and paid on the screen this time. 20 more minutes and about 15 cars go through the drive through. I get out of my car and told them to give me a refund. The guy gives me a refund and when I asked what happened, he tells me the foods ready it just took a while. I was like dude if the foods ready you might as well give it to me and he said he can’t because the refund was already processed. I’ll let him slide because he’s young but the management should have came out and told me “hey they foods ready, but if we process the refund then we can’t give you the food.” If some one came out and told me that I would have just paid and taken my food after waiting 45 at a “fast food” restaurant. I am beyond irritated and now some other restaurant will get my business because of this places negligence and lack of communication.

They high key forgot my burger in the smash burger meal but at least drinks are cheap with the app and the deals are good for what it is
