    Have to leave in another bad review after weeks of bad service I'd now have another review to leave and I'm leaving this under a separate account what can I say Jennifer Jennifer Jennifer Jennifer Jennifer Jennifer Jennifer I think that's enough of saying her name to let you know that she is a great addition or a team member that has not been noticed in your business she helped out a lot she is very customer Savvy which others have not been in the past she lets people know when the order is going to come out and orders are always fresh when they do come out Jennifer is a great asset to the team and she needs to be recognized immediately thank you

    The worse manager in the morning. Came in early morning and the managers didn't even know you guys had two people walked out on them don't even check the dine in customers at all will go to Cartwright McDonald's your team is incapable of handling both drive through and dine in. Change of staff is definitely required at this location

    This location is always slow especially after 12. You'll be looking at a15-20 min wait no matter what you order. Maybe have enough workers to cover the shift! Also very rude to online order drivers. I will be making recommendations to delivery services to possibly ration orders here.

    Worst customer service. Manager named Julian is awful too. We came here for Monday Happy Meal deal today, which ends at 7pm. Got here with 4 little kids with plenty time before 7. Tried to order on the Kiosk but it wasn't the correct deal price. So we waited at the register to order in person. The register person just ignored us and kept calling numbers for other pick up orders. We finally got her attention and said we wanted to order happy meals. She said it was 7:02pm so she won't honor the price. We have been waiting at the register! I asked for the manager. He came slowly walking. I explained the situation. He shrugged and said he can't do anything about it either. They will ignore you until it's past 7pm and say they won't honor the price because it's already past the time. Scam. Do not spend your money here. William's Trace and Hwy 6 McDonald's has much better service.

    The service here is HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!! I came in to place only ONE small meal and stood at the counter while several employees saw me but completely ignored me. After a few minutes, I asked someone for help, and she refused, saying they were too busy and told me to use the kiosk Instead, they continued laughing & chatting and walking past as if I wasn’t there. The kiosk wouldn’t process my order, and it took me asking three times for the manager before he came out. I explained the situation and he claimed "McDonald’s no longer allows or wants them to take customer orders at the counter" which makes no sense since I have been to other locations with no issues in which i expressed to him and his reply was "I am not going to argue with you" Moments later, an older man walked in, and they took his order at the counter with no problem. They clearly pick and choose who they want to help as they told another customer the same thing " use the kiosk" McDonald’s needs to train its staff how to better treat its paying customers. I’ll stick to Whataburger or Burger King from now on!!!!!!!!
