  Waited too long for an apple pie. It was over 20 staff members on duty. I still had to come back into the restaurant to find out this pie I been waiting on. Was even offer a free soda for my wait.

  came in here to take my kids on a outing and the restaurant was filthy !!! every single table was nasty. they had 5 people working and nobody was attending to the lobby. food in every table . the floor was visibly dirty. i asked to speak to the manager and he told me that the person designated to clean the lobby didn’t want to do it

  I played online order. It was around 6:08 AM I went through the drive through because I asked an employee if I could pick up my order. He disregard me when I went through the drive through. I got wrong information, and I was sitting in the lane for a long time before I got my food. Then, when I received my food, I had to keep hunking to receive a straw, very bad customer service.Everybody in the district seemed to be very confused.They need better management.

  I decided to order through the mobile app after I got off of work. Around roughly 8:45 I pulled up to the drive-through and whoever was on the mic. I could barely hear them. I guess they repeated themselves and said. “ Do you have a pick up order or nah” Well, excuse me that They were mumbling unintelligibly at first, so of course I didn’t understand what they said. Waited In the drive-through. Finally pull up to the second window. These dudes are just looking at me not even asking questions. We’re making a clear eye contact did not ask. Did you have the mobile order or anything so I’m sitting in this drive-through for seven minute Finally, someone decides to speak to me and I tell them I have a mobile order and I have a have a code Three of the guys look so confused when I told them my mobile order in the code and they’re like did you have this? No, I did not and they grabbed my bag so basically my bag of food just been sitting there this whole time. My fries were cold so I was angry, but I was so hungry And they forgot my sweet-and-sour sauce on top of it. Customer service I know it’s a McDonald’s and I shouldn’t expect much but I never had such lazy not communicative customer service from any McDonald’s. While It is McDonald’s and I am not expecting top-of-the-line service but I do expect some basic customer service that this location lacks unfortunately. I seen these reviews that customers are having the same issue. I never had such lousy customer service from any McDonald’s. You’re better off going to a different location
