I wasn’t rude at all but she was very rude and disrespectful. I spoke with the manager who seemed to listen and even upgraded my fry to a large but at the end of the day I don’t care about upgrading my food, I just want to be able to get my food without the major attitude these younger employees have at this location.

So i pulled around and told the young man with hazel eyes my experience. He said he was busy multitasking and someone else was responsible. Cool. I asked if he was going to taje my order hr said no. Closed the window and turned his back. I was not loud, rude or disrespectful to him. I just hope this isnt a part of the training he received.
