Was looking for prepared salads today and either was sold out or just NEVER restocked. Was in store around 10:30, no side salads on cold shelf, Mediterranean salad looked inedible. I wanted a Greek salad but no such luck! I don't live by the 90/hwy6 location but whenever I am given the opportunity, I prefer and go to that location, it is definitely more representative of the expected quality of HEB.

I’ll occasionally get a friendly cashier/bagger but most of the time they are extremely unfriendly. Today I said hello to the woman who was bagging my groceries and she couldn't even say hello back. Then she continued to ignore everything else I said and rolled her eyes when I left. I don’t care to have a full on conversation with these people but it’s so unwelcoming when they can’t even say hello back. It makes me want to drive an extra 10 minutes to one of the other HEBs where the staff is nicer.

She immediately stopped what she was doing and grabbed a chair and water for Mom. She stayed with her till I arrived. I can't say thank you enough to Anna and the staff.
