- IAIvram A3 days ago1.0We went shopping today and we were above the limit of items. We have more than 15 items which are baby food jars. And this i forgot that we should not on that lane. The cashier could have let us know that he will not scan above limit but he go ahead and scan it and after he said in very RUDE tone “ DONT YOU KNOW THAT THIS IS EXPRESS LANE? and we say sorry we forgot and we did not look up to the sign. He did not even greet or smile which it doesnt but its about costumer service and he dont have that. He shouldnt be there. We shopped there often and all the cashiers are very friendly aside from him. And while im getting ny card to pay. He was looking at us with a very grumpy face. I hope he will undergo training again.
