- MSMarlene SierraFeb 14, 20261.0I came here to get valentines flowers yesterday and wow was your employee extremely rude and condescending. I stood in front of her and she never acknowledged me. I had to get her attention to have her wrap flowers. She then was chit chatting with a male coworker and was not even looking at me and was handing the plastic wrapper that was on the bouquet. When I asked why she was handing me the plastic wrapper, since apparently she couldn’t extend her arm with the plastic wrapper, and look at me and say “please head to the check out for payment and come back”. She just expected me to know why she was handing me a balled up plastic wrapping. Also, when I asked about putting ribbons on the flower bouquet she said it cost $2 more? That seems pretty absurd. I will never come back to your floral department. The employee didn’t have on a name badge so I can’t say what her name was, but she was and older lady with dreads in a half up half done hair do and glasses. Please train your staff to be more pleasant to be around.

- JNJake NorrisFeb 2, 20265.0This is my local store and I am so glad it is! The store is always well stocked and the staff are beyond friendly and awesome. They always have plenty of checkouts open in addition to the self-checkouts, which I really appreciate. I really only have two issues with this store. One is that the parking lot is tiny for a store serving this many people and the it can be a nightmare to find parking or get in and out of the store. Carts are not corralled often enough sometimes and they flow into aisle. The other small issue I have is that they start putting restock pallets out at like 6 or 7 sometimes that make the store really crowded, but that might honestly be a necessary evil to have such a well-stocked store. Overall, this is an excellent H-E-B and I love shopping here!
