Jayla, Zion, and Miaia were incredibly kind and upbeat you can feel their good energy and it just makes you smile! They customized my drinks perfectly and you could tell they put real effort into making them just right. Everything tasted amazing! I was honestly so impressed with their work and how much they cared. Big shoutout to Jayla, Zion, and Miaia for making my visit such a great one. I’ll definitely be back! Jayla, Zion, and Miaia were amazing — super sweet, fast, and made the experience perfect. I ordered a Golden Eagle with strawberry soft top, a Shark Attack Lemonade, and the Peaches & Cream Sweet Tea… all three were chef’s kiss. They hit the spot exactly the way I needed that late at night. Definitely one of my favorite Dutch Bros visits. Y’all are awesome! 💙✨

They whipped up a few matcha drinks for him to try, they definitely won him over with the banana cream matcha. Second favorite was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch matcha, and last but not least, the strawberry cupcake matcha. Dutch Bros, you have a new fan!

- AGAshley GarciaNov 5, 20251.0I never leave a review im usually very understanding but today I had the worst service here, I ordered a drink with boba and they didnt add the boba and instead gave me a cup separately with boba and charged me 2 dollars and didnt even give me the boba straws. A guy medium sized with a feminine attitude was the one that attended me. I even tipped and received this service. These new people need to be fired.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
