I am always stopping by two sometimes three times a a day and I am always greeted with the happiest most personable baresta’s anywhere! Jasmine and Chris always know my name and remember my drinks orders, they have the best attitudes of anyone in the service industry, it’s like catching up with friends when I am there. The new girls Maia and Laura are also super fun and a do a great job. I always look forward to stopping by and picking up a drink!

Their energy was so positive and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to provide the best service. It’s rare to come across a team that makes you feel so valued and appreciated as a customer. They were friendly, fast, and made my drink perfectly. Dutch Bros is lucky to have them — I’ll definitely be coming back!!
- LLLizzieFeb 15, 20261.0Absolutely horrendous. We never imagined a drive through for two iced drinks would take so much time. Still sitting here, 30 minutes and there’s still 3 cars in front of us. They seem to be taking about ten minutes per car. And once you’re in the line, you’re literally trapped. We are now missing our appointment. I will literally never come back here. And $20 for two iced drinks. I have never seen something so ridiculous. Could have gone and gotten a full sit down breakfast. Should be ashamed messing up peoples days like this.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
