Uber Eats initially showed 10–15 minutes, which was a total lie. When the driver arrived, he said he was the only driver and was sent on an out-of-area delivery before mine. That is NOT the customer’s problem. If you don’t have enough drivers, stop accepting orders you can’t deliver on time. I called the store, and the manager had no explanation, only a weak apology. Sorry doesn’t fix wasted time, cold food, and frustration. The pizza wasn’t even good when it finally arrived. We ordered food to relax at the end of the night and instead dealt with delays, excuses, and poor service. No accountability, no respect for customers’ time. I will not be ordering from this location again. I won’t recommend anyone to place the order from them. If you don’t have any other options then remember after placing the order keep calling them until your pizza arrives. Don’t wait for them. Otherwise you’ll end with a nightmare
