They did everything well, except they forgot 1 item. If I didn't check my items before I left, then I would've paid for food that I didn't receive and it's hard to prove once you leave the premises. In addition, they kept my receipt after giving me the missing item. Now I'll say this, the young lady that took my order did well, but the manager or supervisor there seemed very upset, that he was the one that forgot the missing item. Overall, they did well, but I'll say to be sure to not show any anger for mistakes. We all make mistakes, so just address it and keep it positive from that point.

Just let this location- second DQ in a row I’ve had a horrible experience at. The drive through guy was super rude from the beginning and then again at the window. I will NEVER go to another Dairy Queen again. We are done.
