  This my 2nd attempt to find something nice to say about this new location. I feel the owner's just unlocked their doors and anyone who needed a job experienced or not they were hired. No training at all including Customer Service, im going to reach out to their headquarters due to the have someone that cuts the meats and for the Carna Asada I was given some meat that was nothing but fat and should have been thrown out yet the inexperienced employee put it in my bowl. The workers are all young and unfortunately no sense of direction they have no clue and are imature and don't even say thank you, she just put my bowl in the bag while talking with her colleague and didn't close it or give it to me or say thank you. This is $20.00 wasted Again and I'm done, my money will go elsewhere. the owner should review all the employees they shoul be asked to resign better yet terminated This is Chipolte Missouri City Texas near Fort Bend Toll Plaza. Yep it's the new one Terrible Terrible Terrible

  Worst service ever! This chipotle had no pico, no grilled fajita veggies, or red salsa whenever I went. The people inside are all kids making your orders, they have no sense of manors or hospitality. This chipotle is a disappointment. From missing ingredient, terrible management, and horrible staff. Make the slight further drive and go to highway 6/ Murphy area or go to manvel location chipotle.

  I walked in right at 9pm, restaurant was empty, there was a lot of empty pans, FLOOR, FOOD LINE, FLOOR, KITCHEN TABLE, TAKE OUT LINE where all dirty, I didn't see any manager. I can't belive this restaurant just opened and being like that?

  had my mom come here to place an order for me. the employee who helped my mom with the order looked at a text message with detailed instructions for what i wanted in the bowl. after my mom arrived home, lo and behold, 6 out of the 10 items i requested in my bowl were not present. employees cannot be trusted to do their jobs, i would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

  Server whispered and we could not understand what she was asking. We ordered bowls and much of what we ordered was wrong. Ordered chips and guac. Chips were so stale they would bend not break. Asked for 2 waters and was told to get it around the wall from register. Went to get water and no cups. Went back to register and asked for cups. Worker said they had no water cups. Person who rang up my order said she charged for cups and gave me 2. Checked my reciept and found I was charged $6.50 for 2 water cups. Total tab was $45.84. This place is terrible!
