The employee helping me kept rushing me, repeatedly saying “what else, what else” after every ingredient I asked for. He also gave extremely small portions, and when I asked for more of a topping, he put it in a separate cup — something I’ve never seen Chipotle do before. I then asked for the new sauce, and he completely ignored me and moved on to the next customer, as if I was asking for too much. I should be able to get my bowl the way I want it without feeling rushed or dismissed. This experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I’m hoping this can be addressed so customers feel respected and heard. Thank you.
